Modern Ground Floor Duplex Apartment 2

Apartment too hot / uncomfortable. Staff not accomodating at all so dont bother asking them anything Positive: Modern & spacious Negative: Far too hot!!!! 22 degrees inside. No instructions left for cool air system but when we did find it it made v littke diffrrence to temperature...not working properly. No hairdryer eventhough it is listed! I contacted the property in office hours...at 12 MD and 2pm and agsin in evening...no reply until following day. Staff not ibterested at all in any requests you make. Early check in or late check out. I had an interview online a.d asked for a little extra time checking out.answer i got was No,! Also cutlery and cereal bows and glasses had to be taken out of cupboatd prior to using as put away dirty. Yuck! Downstairs toilet had been used & not flushed ecen though it has a cleaned label on it!

Positive: Posizione vicina al centro, tv enorme, bagno grandi e funzionali. Negative: Pulizia non ottimale, check-in un po’ confusionario.

Very good apartment . Easy to access and no major hassles Positive: Fairly close to city centre. Not too far to walk to get a good breakfast Negative: Not a show stopper but would suggest better lighting in the lounge area. Could have done with a much stronger light or an additional lamp in the TV area
