Great location, I was in town for work, so didn’t spend a great deal of time in the apartment. It was clean and spacious Positive: Convenient location Reasonable price Spacious Well equipped kitchen TV had every streaming service Negative: Shower didn’t have much pressure and was broken Kitchen sink tap was broken Towels seemed new and unwashed Bed was not the most comfortable Could hear every movement from residents above

Positive: Great location, nice and spacious flat.

Overall ok and excellent city centre location, but lacking attention to detail Positive: Excellent location in the city centre. Easy keyless access. Extra security with the gates. Lift to the main floors. Apartment spacious, with a comfortable bed, lovely high ceilings and big windows. Detailed information in their app for where to find facilities and how to operate appliances. Negative: Upon arrival, I picked up two dirty wine glasses from the cupboard, one sticky, the other with lipstick over it. A dinner plate halfway down the stack was not washed at all. The tap over the kitchen sink was wobbly and hanging on by a thread. Ceiling air vents in the kitchen and bathroom were accumulating dark circles of dust and cobwebs. Poor attendance of the shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner was half empty, and the shampoo dispenser was missing from the wall bracket. I had to go out and buy shampoo. When I brought this to the attention of my host shortly after checking in, the reply was prompt but it read like a standard out-of-office thanking me for the feedback, but it was devoid of any apology or plan/suggestion to rectify these. Overall ok stay but these discrepancies of the basics were a bit of a letdown, and at the price point, I just would have expected some attention to detail.

Large well furnished apartment in central location. Positive: We liked everything about the property. Spotlessly clean , quiet , great location , comfortably furnished to high standards and very secure. Negative: Nothing.

Great location, the room is as beautiful as advertised. Just minor hiccup during check in. Positive: Modern, newly furnished space in a great location—close to public transport and shopping spots. Negative: Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and we did not receive the entry instructions in advance. However, the staff was responsive and helpful when we called. Just a heads up, there are small steps leading to certain room.
