Great location and size and felt safe. Positive: Location was good for shopping and bars. Felt safe/secure with 2 locked gates with different codes. Space was large and had washing machine and full kitchen. Surprisingly no street noise. Negative: No A/C, which we knew during booking. 2 fans provided helped offset this.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Belfast-Trip. Positive: Die Größe des Apartments sowie die Lage waren super. Auch ein günstiges Parkhaus in der Nähe war für uns als Autoreisende sehr gut. Negative: Das Apartment hätte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können und es haben im Bad die Ablagen gefehlt.

Good value and great if you want to cook there. Positive: Clean, spacious, close proximity to shops etc Negative: The windows didn’t open so it was stuffy inside. No air conditioning or fans. Thermostat was on 22/23 the whole time.

Positive: Location was amazing. Very central. Very easy to get in and out of the building. Negative: The cleanliness isn’t great. There are marks all over the walls and dirt in the corner of the shower. Hairs on the sofa. Dust and dirt under the bed. The lack of fresh air is a big issue. You can’t open any windows in the flat. There is a filtered air system which doesn’t feel very strong. So can feel extremely warm and clammy at times. The filters on the ceiling are very dirty. Made us quite sniffly staying here.

Would 100% stay again it was first class Positive: Check in process was simple. Location is perfect. Cleanliness was first class. Would highly recommend
