Positive: Location was amazing. Very central. Very easy to get in and out of the building. Negative: The cleanliness isn’t great. There are marks all over the walls and dirt in the corner of the shower. Hairs on the sofa. Dust and dirt under the bed. The lack of fresh air is a big issue. You can’t open any windows in the flat. There is a filtered air system which doesn’t feel very strong. So can feel extremely warm and clammy at times. The filters on the ceiling are very dirty. Made us quite sniffly staying here.

Would 100% stay again it was first class Positive: Check in process was simple. Location is perfect. Cleanliness was first class. Would highly recommend

Positive: Location was good. Apartment was nice. Negative: Cleanliness of the apartment was below standard. The floors had not been cleaned. There were no opening windows and the airflow unit could not be adjusted. The livingroom smelt like fumes. Bathroom and bedroom were grand.

Excellent location but air conditioning needs to be installed urgently Positive: Great location and beautiful building. Very secure and easily accessible Negative: The best was unbearable. No air conditioning but fans provided made no difference. Unable to open windows.

Great location -- property manager was very responsive! Positive: The location was very central with much to see and do in the city centre. The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to many restaurants, city hall, etc. Negative: It was warm in Belfast this time of year (July) and the apartment was hot as a result -- windows could not open due to building regulations, there was no air conditioning, and the air circulation system did not cool the apartment sufficiently. The property manager provided a second fan but it did not solve the issue. The property manager has offered a discount on the booking fee due to the discomfort, and we're pleased with this plan.
