Superb apartment in prime location Positive: Excellent location right in the centre but wasn’t noisy, really spacious apartment with every amenity you could need and really comfy beds Negative: The lift didn’t work on day 2 but wasn’t a problem taking the stairs

Good but the apartment couldn't have been better. Positive: The location was excellent Negative: The apartment was not cleanedon our arrival at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The were was rubbish lying about the kitchen, towels on the bathroom floor and an unmade bed. The maid arrived 5 minutes after us with a baby who she parked sleeping in the hall whilst she she cleaned the apartment. On complaining the management said they would meet us before we left which they didn't. The maid then knocked on our door to see if we had left an hour and a half before we were due to check out. There was also a hole in the wall in the bathroom were the toilet holder had fallen off and visible damage the the surface of the island in the kitchen.
