Beautiful apartment in central location Positive: Central location Very close to major attractions Spacious well equipped apartment Negative: Nothing

Well appointed, nice location. Positive: Very spacious, very well appointed. It's self catering, so if you want tea or coffee, bring your own. Not a big deal, M&S foodhall just around the corner. Or go out for breakfast. Negative: The Truvi hassle to confirm a booking already made with Booking.com seemed totally unnecessary. Truvi reviews show that the only people who like it are the property owners, customers don't. Unlike so many other Booking.com properties, the booking cannot be changed and the whole price must be paid upfront, something to be aware of.

Brilliant Apartment Positive: The property was brilliant! Right in the city centre so ideal. The apartment itself was huge and nicely decorated, it looked as though it had been refurbished recently. I 100% recommend! Negative: The property could have been slightly cleaner, but it was still lovely and we were not disappointed

Great place to stay in the city centre

Disappointing Positive: Central very large apartment. Negative: No heating throughout stay in Oct! Staff unable to sort the problem when they came out to apartment so advised a gas engineer would be needed. They didn’t get the problem sorted until the night before we left then forgot to let us know it was working. They then proceeded to say it was our own fault it didn’t work because we had not followed the app instructions correctly which was utter rubbish. Very poor customer service
