Capital East Apartment

So so Positive: Nice to have a living room and kitchen. Area was very interesting Negative: The communication was poor. A month ago I asked for an early check in (for 130 instead of 3 since our train got in at 1). No response. The day before I got the info from them on the lockbox. Again I asked for early check in. No response. It’s ok to say no but at least respond! We arrive and they said there would be an extra key on the apartment and there wasn’t. The refrigerator had a horrible odor. I sent them a message and the response was to do nothing. Thanks for letting us know. Only when I said the fridge was unusable did they decide to come “have a look”. They did finally clean it but really not good service. And they never gave us the second key Also the photos did not show the bed flush against the wall. But it was flush against the wall.

Wonderful stay Positive: Everything was great. Clean room, well-equipped kitchen, easy check-in, quiet building.

Positive: Lovely clean well equipped second floor apartment. Kitchen area was great with oven and full fridge freezer, and great to have smart tvs in both living and bedroom areas
