Wellington Park Boutique Apartments 1

I could not recommend this apartment. Positive: Location good Negative: Damp mold in one of the two very small bedrooms (attempt to disguise with paint). Overall grubby with thick dust in places. When we complained we were offered a deep clean which we declined feeling it should have been done prior to our arrival. For a group of 4 we had 3 cereal bowls two of which were chipped, these were replaced after we complained. The bins had not been emptied. we were without internet including TV from early evening overnight. we informed the host who was unable to help until next day.

Ideal Positive: It was clean, comfortable and central for getting about Belfast Negative: Could have done with oven gloves

Belfast in zona tranquilla e comoda Positive: Tutto. Posizione, grandezza dell' appartamento, vicinanza ad un supermercato Tesco, Colazione all' inglese e dell' Ulster in vicino café " The Mad Hatter", Cucina completa ed attrezzata sul serio!!!..... Negative: Nulla di cui lamentarsi.

A well-located apartment with plenty of potential that would benefit from some maintenance and higher housekeeping stand Positive: Good location with easy access to Belfast city centre. The apartment has a modern layout and plenty of potential. The management team communicated with us and were polite throughout. Negative: The apartment would benefit from some maintenance and attention to detail. We experienced issues with the bathroom, including slow drainage and cleanliness concerns. A few improvements and upgrades would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience

Great little apartment Positive: The apartment had everything we needed. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to downtown.
